What does these errors mean?

What does these errors mean?

Whenever the process failed, you would see these errors. But what do they mean?

Let's find out:

1. No data retrieved from the source.

  • The source you are trying to connect to does not have any file that Fulfil Sync can process.
  • Please ensure your Source Type is correct.

2. No matching or unfulfilled Shopify orders found.

  • Fulfil Sync could not find any matching or unfulfilled Shopify orders in the file that you are trying to process.
  • Please ensure the field is mapped correctly.

3. Unquoted fields do not allow \r or \n (line 2).

  • The column separator might be wrong. Or the CSV file has an invalid character. Do contact support if you try a different column separator. 

4. The API client does not have access to the fulfilment order

  • This error indicates that the syncX: Easy Fulfil Tracking app lacks the necessary permissions to access and fulfil order items. 
  • The fulfilment order is assigned to a different location or fulfilment service that the app can't access. 
  • Ensure they're assigned to a physical shop location rather than an app-based location.
